Andy Jasuja
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Simpro Solutions Inc., Andy is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the company as it relates to the company’s leadership in BPO and contact center markets. His extensive experience in telecommunications, and financial services enables the company to deliver world-class front and back office solutions to tier-1 companies
Prior to founding both Simpro and the Sigma Group of Companies, Andy was involved in creating leading-edge software solutions for the Banking and Telecom industries in various technical and management roles. Andy began his career in Information Technology in 1975 at Tata Consultancy Services, Bombay, India. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from The Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India and a Masters degree in Systems Design Engineering from University of Waterloo, Waterloo, Canada. Prior to establishing Sigma, Andy held a series of senior roles in some of the largest companies in the telecommunications and banking industries. He was a consultant at Unitel Communications (now part of Allstream) where he was responsible for launching the long distance and calling card services. Earlier, he was Managing Partner of electronic banking at Royal Trust Corporation (now part of Royal Bank of Canada), where he had the total responsibility for the company’s electronic banking operations and systems development.
Tony Nadra
President
Mr. Nadra guides the executive team with over 20 years in call center management, strategic planning and implementation. Prior to joining Simpro, Mr. Nadra led American Express (Canada) Call Center activities as Vice President of Customer Service & Call Centre Operations Canada. In addition to implementing Sales & Retention (Up-Sell/Cross-Sell) strategies to Customer Service across the major International Markets, he was a key player on the International Operations Call Centre Committee responsible for Call Centre re-engineering.
His experience extends across multiple market segments in both sales and service in the corporate and service bureau environment. He was also head of MARUSA which was ranked as the largest international outsourcer in 1994/1995, overseeing all of their Canadian insurance and financial services acquisitions and service on behalf of The Bay, Eaton and Sears Canada.
Tony has been an integral team member for LEXI International, Option Direct, Market U.S.A, and American Express Canada. Tony has in addition served as an advisor on many Call Centre forums and councils including the Call Centre Strategy Forum and Centennial College’s call centre curriculum. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) representing the Call Centre Council. Tony holds a B.S in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Lou Forget
Vice-President, Global Operations
Lou brings more than 20 years of international contact center experience at a senior level. Prior to joining Simpro, Lou held senior management positions at Adler International as Sales and Marketing Director this involved overseeing contact center operations in Canada, Germany, England and other European destinations. He also held a senior management position at MARUSA Marketing (Market USA/Teleperformance) overseeing all of the insurance services outbound telemarketing activities and customer service on behalf of JC Penney Life Insurance and Sears Canada.
Paras Dharamshi
Vice-President, Client Services
Paras Dharamshi oversees Simpro’s delivery and account management organizations. Prior to joining Simpro Paras was the General Manager for Matrixx Networks Inc. where he was responsible for strategic development, overall corporate growth and profitability. Paras’ experience in strategic growth commenced at Sigma Systems where he held a variety of progressive management roles within the professional services organization.
Paras holds an Honours degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo with a specialization in Business Administration.
