TORONTO, Ontario (January 8, 2010)—Simpro Solutions Inc, a leading provider of Call Center ,Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Process Outsourcing Services (BPO) headquartered in Toronto, Canada announced today that it has launched the industry’s first “true” turnkey plug & play call center solution,”Simprolite”

“Simprolite” is a facility based call center solution that allows new companies and existing companies to grow their business without the capital expense involved in launching and or expanding their current call center resources and facility.
” Basically any company that is looking to temporarily expand their call center due to new growth or any new company that is looking to set-up a new call center for their product(s) can now lease a complete turnkey call center from Simpro for less than $5 an hour (per seat)” said Mr. Nadra, President of Simpro Solutions.
